Questions we get a lot
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 24 hours. Metro cities get orders in 2–3 days; everywhere else 3–5 days. Hostel gates included — we've delivered to plenty.
Do you really not charge for delivery over ₹999?
Really. Orders over ₹999 ship free. Below that it's a flat ₹49 — which covers the courier, nothing more.
Can I return something?
Yes — 7 days, no questions asked, as long as it's unused with tags on. We'll pick it up from your hostel gate.
How does the student discount work?
Email a photo of your valid student ID to students@hosteler.in. Once verified (within 48 hours), 10% is applied to every order automatically.
Is my order really safe during a flash sale?
Yes. Orders go into a managed queue the moment you place them, so a traffic spike can't drop or lose an order — they queue up and process one by one.
