Changed your mind? Every item has a return window (shown on its product page) — request one here.
7–14 days, item-dependent
Each product shows its return window (e.g. "7-day returns"). The clock starts the day your order is placed.
Gate pickup
We pick up the item from your hostel gate. Unused, tags on, original packaging — that's all we ask.
Refund or swap
Refunds go back to your payment method within 5–7 days. Exchanges ship a replacement as soon as the pickup is scheduled.
